Assie Brisku
Classic Clare Valley Riesling with a medium lemon gold colour, its nose exhibits petrol and toast notes, with lime still prominent. The mouthfeel is dry, medium-bodied, with a good integration of brightness and flavour intensity, featuring a clean freshness and a full flavour profile.
Eglaim
Racy and lively wine with a bright and clear appearance, displaying a elegant symmetry of citrus and green notes. The nose is characterized by a delicate blend of lemon, lime, and grassy undertones, with a accent of artificial freshness. On the palate, the wine presents a zesty and fresh experience, with a dominant lemon and lime flavor profile, accompanied by a light whisper of secondary notes. The crispness remains high and crunchy, as the follow through is long and satisfying, with a clear indication of the wine's potential for aging.
Trendon

Grosset Springvale Riesling is praised for its vibrant citrus flavors, notably lime and lemon, with floral and mineral notes. It offers a crisp, dry, and refreshing experience, often described as elegant and well-balanced. While some appreciate its aging potential and complexity, others find certain vintages too young or closed. The wine's lively acidity and clean finish are consistently highlighted.
This Grosset Springvale Riesling is a pleasant and refreshing white wine. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with a hint of mineral. The palate is light and crisp, with flavors of lemon, lime, and green apple, along with a touch of minerality. The finish is clean and light, with a lingering citrusy note. Overall, this is a great summer sipper, with enough acidity to make it a great accompaniment to light seafood dishes.
