Tarvia
The nose is shaped by by a refreshing apple green hue, with a soft nuance of green apple and a touch of herbal notes. The aroma is well-balanced, with a trace of green apple and a elegant earthy undertone. The crispness is nicely balanced, with a touch of minerality and a touch of complexity. The ending is long and satisfying, with a round and polished quality. Overall, the wine is well-balanced and refined, with a good length and a light complexity.
Dirlayne
Bright and clean Australian Riesling from a cool vintage, packaged with a screw cap. As one's first wine business mentor would advise, 'what's not to like?!' The wine's aromatic concentrated lime sherbet and zesty minerality are harmonious by a concentrated fruitiness and a confident acidity on the palate. The wine's development is impressive, suggesting that it may have benefited from being stored under cork. Overall, a harmonious and mature wine with a long finish.
Shrikesh
I'm thoroughly enamored with the mineral traces on the nose, which are a perfect match for my graceful palate. The citrus suggestions on the flavor are a delightful accompaniment, and the in summary mouthfeel is silky smooth. The wine's dryness is a welcome respite, and I'm eager to see how it will age. A perfect pairing for a Chinese meal, and I'm looking forward to revisiting it in the future.

Grosset Polish Hill Riesling is celebrated for its vibrant citrus and mineral notes, with a crisp and refreshing profile. Many appreciate its balance and complexity, while some find it too young or lacking depth. Flavors of lime, green apple, and floral hints are common, with a long, satisfying finish. It pairs well with Asian cuisine and is noted for its aging potential.
