Glaetzer Wallace Shiraz - Grenache

Glaetzer Wallace Shiraz-Grenache is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile, featuring blackberry, plum, and cherry notes with hints of oak, vanilla, and spice. The wine is well-balanced with smooth tannins, making it a favorite for pairing with meats. While some find it complex and rewarding, others note a lack of depth or excessive sweetness. Overall, it's a well-regarded, versatile wine with good aging potential.

This Glaetzer Wallace blend is a bold and complex expression of Shiraz and Grenache. The Shiraz provides dark fruit and spice on the nose, while the Grenache brings bright notes of ripe raspberry and strawberry. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and lush, with a hint of pepper, dark chocolate, and flinty oak. The finish is long and smooth. This is an excellent expression of Barossa Valley winemaking.
