Ghost Block Morgaenlee Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Bright summer wine with a citrus and pear profile, finishing dry and crisp.

The combination of lemon curd, grass, and white peach is a unique and thought provoking one, with the tartness of the lemon curd providing a zesty contrast to the sweetness of the white peach, even as the grass adds a subtle, earthy note that grounds the ultimately flavor profile.

Rich and gentle wine with a silky texture, it offers a soft mousse, a comforting mouthfeel, and a unified stability of muted lemon, stone fruit, and minerality, accompanied by a touch of oak. With a refreshing tanginess and a moderate body, this wine is a delightful and easy-drinking companion, pairing well with a variety of dishes, with our cilantro lime chicken and street corn. A well-crafted and zesty wine, it's a fantastic choice for those wanting a refined and easy sipping experience.
