Intense ruby colour with a nose that was sour red berries and oak characteristics. The impression was a bit harsh, but perhaps a creamy dish would help it to work better.

A dry and balanced wine with a medium body, subtle tannins, and a high crispness level. in contrast it has a certain dryness, it may be too astringent for some palates. The flavor profile is somewhat one-dimensional, with cherry and plum layers emerging on top, but these are somewhat overshadowed by a dominant spice and oak/leather character. The wine's close is short and may leave a dry sensation on the palate. Despite its limitations, the Agiorgitiko grape is worth exploring further, and the wine's intricacy and profoundness may be revealed with further aging and refinement.

Greek Red Blend with a rich, full-bodied texture, featuring a unified harmony of Agiorgitiko and Syrah. The wine's nuanced flavor profile is distinguished by a mix of sweet and sour notes, with a spicy middle that adds density and complexity. and yet the ending is satisfying, it is somewhat lacking, and the wine's generally composition is somewhat one-dimensional. A solid effort, but with room for improvement.
