Dawnlea
Full bodied and well-rounded wine with a understated cedar and deep chocolate note, seamless by a polished tannin structure, accompanied by opulent fruit notes and a crisp mineral finish, culminating in a pleasing and elegant conclusion.
Rendez
The wine exhibits subtle farm nuances on the nose, with a trace of earthy undertones. The tongue is somewhat thick and astringent, with a lingering sensation of bitterness. The flavor profile is driven by by herbal notes, specifically sage, which adds a mild layers to the wine. A controlled level of heat from the alcohol is also present, although it's not overpowering. Overall, the wine is well-balanced and would be tailored for everyday sipping, but may benefit from a bit more refinement in its texture and finish.
Reverie

This Cretan blend offers a full-bodied experience with complex fruit and spice notes, though texture varies between vintages. While praised for well-balanced structure, dark fruit flavors (blackberry, cherry), and warm spices (cinnamon, clove), some find astringency or bitterness. It pairs well with meats but shows occasional inconsistencies in finish quality.
In this harmonious blend, the deep ruby hue preludes a bouquet of ripe blackberries and plums, underscored by hints of cracked black pepper and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine showcases a medium to full body, with velvety tannins that are seamlessly integrated, offering a supple texture. The Syrah imparts a spicy backbone, while the Kotsifali contributes a vibrant acidity, creating a dynamic balance. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering notes of dark chocolate and a touch of minerality. This wine exemplifies the potential of Cretan terroir, marrying tradition with modern finesse.
