Les Terrasses du Palat from François Villard is a vibrant and captivating white wine. The nose is redolent with notes of ripe stonefruit and exotic floral nuance. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a broad, oily palate supported by supple acidity. The wine has a long, lingering, perfumed finish that highlights its complexity and depth. Can be drunk on its own to savor it opulent nature or paired with rich dishes like lobster ravioli or foie gras terrine with peach chutney. Best drunk in the flush of youth when at its most vibrant.
