Wine Expert Note:

Fontanafredda Briccotondo Gavi has a pale lemon hue with faint green reflections. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with hints of white flowers and a touch of minerality waft from the glass. These aromas continue onto the palate, where they are joined by flavors of green apple and pear. The wine has a vibrant acidity that adds to its freshness and energy. The wine is moderate in length, but pure and vibrant with a touch of blanched almonds that reveal themselves on the finish.
