Fetzer Valley Oaks Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc from Fetzer Valley Oaks presents a pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is an aromatic bouquet of zesty lime, freshly cut grass, and subtle hints of green bell pepper, showcasing varietal typicity. On the palate, the wine is crisp and lively, with a pronounced acidity that enlivens the citrus and tropical fruit flavors, notably passion fruit and gooseberry. The mid-palate reveals a minerality that adds depth and complexity, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. This wine exemplifies the bright, fruit-forward style characteristic of California Sauvignon Blancs.
