Straightforward CDR with a solid foundation of cured meat and oak, providing a solid foundation for further development.

Intense and evolved wine with a deep, mellow texture. The light nuances of leather and oak are expertly polished by a peppery undertone, and yet the crispness provides a lean contrast. The tannins are firm and well-integrated, giving the wine a sense of structure and longevity. The linger is long and satisfying, with a lingering echo of blackberry and tar.
