This Pinot Grigio is praised for its crisp, lively character with prominent citrus and stone fruit flavors. While most appreciate its bright acidity and clean finish, some find the intensity slightly muted. Reviews highlight a good balance of sweetness and acidity, making it versatile for warm weather enjoyment and food pairing.
Made from hand-harvested grapes from California vineyards, this Pinot Grigio emphasizes purity and freshness. The absence of malolactic fermentation preserves its zesty acidity, while lees stirring adds subtle complexity and texture. This wine’s crisp profile and fruit-forward character make it an excellent apéritif or a perfect pairing with seafood, spicy dishes, and light appetizers. A stellar example of California’s ability to produce vibrant and expressive white wines.
