Excelsior Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its crisp, refreshing profile with citrus, green apple, and grassy notes. While some appreciate its bright acidity and tropical fruit nuances, others find it lacking depth and complexity. The wine pairs well with seafood and light dishes, making it a versatile choice for casual occasions. However, some vintages are noted as unremarkable, with a flat or bitter finish.
