This Estate Cuvée Pinot Noir presents a brilliant garnet hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is a symphony of red fruit aromas, with ripe cherry and wild strawberry interwoven with subtle hints of forest floor and delicate rose petal. On the palate, it reveals a silky texture, underscored by finely grained tannins and a precise acidity that provides a refreshing lift. The mid-palate complexity showcases layers of pomegranate and a whisper of clove, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and elegance characteristic of a benchmark Pinot Noir from its region.

Estate Cuvée Pinot Noir is crafted from hand-harvested grapes grown in our sustainably farmed vineyards, benefiting from a cool coastal climate that enhances its vibrant acidity and nuanced flavors. The wine undergoes a meticulous fermentation process in open-top stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate fruit character. Aged in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barrels, it develops subtle complexity with notes of red berries and a hint of spice. This Pinot Noir is designed for those who appreciate a balanced expression of fruit and oak, suitable for both immediate enjoyment and short-term cellaring.
