Hilger
A wine with a rich, golden hue, boasting a refined floral and sweet aroma, yet possessing a lean and bone-dry texture. Its mineral profile is highlighted by a chalky and salty undertone, suggestive of the Canary Islands. This wine's nuanced character evolves upon the palate, returning to its floral profile before concluding with a light finish.
Fraidk
Academic certification from Spanish Wine Scholar program with Texas Wine School, The Islands, June 7, 2022. Color: Pale gold. Notes: Sulphur from soil, reductive nose, almond, funk, flint, volcanic. Mouthfeel: Apple cider, saline, almond water. Acidity: Moderate, bracing quality level: M. Tannins: Moderate, tannin level: M. all around quality: Good. Distinctive but not for my palate.
Jamesmeo
Masterclass in restraint and precision, this wine expresses the domaine's ability to coax out the finest qualities from its vineyards. The lean and refreshing profile is a testament to the winemaker's skill, with a light but unmistakable green apple and citrus note that continues on the palate. The wood usage adds a soft depth, whereas the tanginess cuts through the richness, leaving a clean and elegant finish. A truly impressive wine.

Envínate Palo Blanco is praised for its complex mineral and citrus notes, with hints of green apple, pear, and floral aromas. While some appreciate its crisp, saline finish and nuanced character, others find it too reductive or funky. The wine's lean, refreshing profile and subtle oak influence are noted, though its unique volcanic and salty undertones may not suit all palates.
