Elk Cove Goodrich Pinot Noir

Elk Cove Goodrich Pinot Noir is praised for its balanced and elegant profile, with notes of cherry, leather, and earthy undertones. While some enjoy its smooth, fruity start and nuanced finish, others find it too acidic or lacking depth. The wine pairs well with seafood and lamb, offering a medium-bodied experience with a mix of red fruit and spice.

This Pinot Noir from Elk Cove's Goodrich Vineyard exemplifies the elegance and depth of Oregon's Willamette Valley. The wine opens with a vibrant bouquet of ripe red cherries, wild strawberries, and a hint of forest floor, underscored by delicate floral notes of violets. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a silky texture, showcasing a harmonious balance of bright acidity and fine-grained tannins.
