This Monastrell-Syrah blend receives praise for rich dark fruit flavors, vanilla undertones, and smooth tannins, with many noting excellent value. While some highlight its balanced profile and pairing versatility, others find it unremarkable or lacking distinction between grape varieties.
This EGO Marionette Monastrell - Syrah is an alluring blend of Monastrell and Syrah. It has an intense, deep ruby color and a nose of pepper, blackberries, and dark cherries. On the palate, it is full-bodied and concentrated, with firm, ripe tannins and a long finish. Notes of spices, blackberries, leather, and forest floor are present. It is a complex and deeply satisfying wine that will pair well with a variety of dishes.
