Edi Keber Collio Bianco is a pinnacle expression of craftsmanship within its region. This blend, crafted by Edi Keber and his son Kristian, comprises the iconic native grape varieties of Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, and Ribolla Gialla, grown organically and biodynamically on the esteemed Zegla hillside, bordering Italy and Slovenia. The vineyards span 12 hectares of rich ponka soils, alternating layers of calcareous marl and sandstone, lending distinct character to the grapes. Following harvest, the grapes undergo vinification in cement tanks, maturing for over a year before bottling. Versatile in food pairings, this artisanal white wine complements both land and sea dishes with finesse.
