Full bodied and full-bodied wine with a complex flavor profile, featuring notes of jammy nose, floral and citrus undertones, blackberry, and a subtle sour note, smooth by a smooth earthy undertone. Its measured body and soft richness make it a compelling selection for those looking for a opulent and delightful wine experience.

What the web is saying

Doña Paula Paula Malbec is praised for its rich fruit flavors, smooth texture, and well-balanced tannins. While some appreciate its complexity and pairing versatility, others find it lacking in distinction and depth. Common notes include dark berries, spices, and a hint of oak. Its affordability is often highlighted, making it a popular choice for casual dining.

Voss Experts4.5

Doña Paula Paula Malbec presents an enticing bouquet of ripe blackberries and blueberries, intertwined with subtle hints of vanilla and a touch of chocolate. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied richness, where lush dark fruit flavors dominate, complemented by a lively acidity that adds brightness and freshness. The tannins are velvety and well-integrated, complemented by hints of vanilla, derived from oak maturation. The smooth, violet-tinged finish echoes a whisper of spice and licorice.
