Domingo Molina Rupestre Blend NV

Domingo Molina Rupestre Blend receives consistent praise for its full-bodied richness, smooth texture, and complex flavors of dark fruits and spices. While most reviewers highlight its silky finish and polished structure, one critic notes bitterness and a short finish. The wine is frequently described as harmonious and elegant, particularly when paired with red meats.

This Argentine blend presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. On the nose, it reveals an intricate bouquet of ripe blackcurrant, plum, and subtle hints of cedar and dark chocolate, showcasing its oak maturation. The palate is robust yet elegantly structured, with fine-grained tannins providing a firm backbone. Layers of blackberry and cassis are complemented by a mineral undertone, leading to a long, savory finish. The wine's vibrant acidity ensures balance and longevity, making it a quintessential example of the high-altitude terroir of the Calchaquí Valley.
