Oaky
Balanced and elegant white wine that effortlessly balances its crisp acidity with a mild minerality, making it a perfect pairing for a variety of dishes, comprising seafood, uniquely Seabass and grilled octopus. The citrus and green apple suggestions are particularly well-suited to this type of cuisine, but the wisp of earth and minerals adds body and complexity.
Kieyata
Bracing alternative to Chablis on a warm summer day next to the sea, featuring pear, butter, and vanilla notes, with a creamy texture, medium body, and high acidity. and yet this Chardonnay has a rich, buttery character, its minerality is obscured by the presence of wood, making it a good choice, but one that lacks the distinctive, flinty quality of Chablis.
Susumu
Voluptuous and evolved wine with a pale yellow color that gradually deepens to a greenish hue, presenting a semi-dry and medium-bodied profile. The mouthfeel is noted for by a harmonious cohesion of mineral notes, pear, melon, apricot, and cream, with a balanced crispness that adds complexity and structure to the wine.

Common flavors include green apple, pear, and stone fruit, with a silky texture and a clean, vibrant aftertaste. The wine is often recommended for seafood pairings and is considered a refined expression of Chablis.
