Bertsapo Eduati
Promising young wine with a medium lemon hue, augmented by a golden undertone. Its nose is marked by a cohesive blend of apricot, grapefruit, and acacia, with a understated note of white asparagus and butter. The liveliness is dry, with a medium level of intensity, in contrast the alcohol content is medium. The body is medium in weight, and the flavors are medium in intensity, with a comforting tail that will only improve with time.
Rowley
While Pinot grigio shares some similarities with this wine, its power and aromatic profile set it apart. The wine's body is more substantial, with a richer tactile quality and a more pronounced stone presence, though its white grape varieties are more bold and apricot-forward. The apricot and stone touches are more pronounced, creating a more sophisticated and layered character.
Tourne
Wine with a fruity and light-bodied style, noted for by a taste profile that is both earthy and citrusy, with traces of raisin and mango. The nose is flat and lacks depth, with a dominant earthy and citrusy character that is somewhat one-dimensional.

Domaine Weinbach Clos des Capucins Pinot Gris Alsace is praised for its rich apricot and stone fruit flavors, floral nose, and balanced acidity. While some appreciate its full-bodied texture and complexity, others find it lacks depth and acidity. The wine's sweetness and mineral undertones are noted, making it versatile for pairing with various dishes. It is generally well-received, with a few criticisms of its flatness.
On the nose, it exudes complex aromas of ripe orchard fruits like pear and apple, complemented by hints of honey, almond, and a touch of smokiness. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, displaying a rich texture balanced by a refreshing acidity. It showcases flavors of ripe pear, quince, and a hint of citrus, along with a minerality that adds depth and character. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasing dryness and a lingering aftertaste of fruit and subtle spice.
