Flamingo
Bracing and clean glass of bubbly, with a light champagne flavor and a trace of Pinot Gris's earthy undertones. The wine's mouthfeel is well-balanced, with a mix of apple, pear, and citrus tones that complement its polished finish, leaving a contenting aftertaste of toasted notes.
Shish_Ka
Elegant with a touch of whimsy. Not as elegant as European fireworks, but a delightful burst of white peach, citrus (lemon, lime zest), and pear, perfect for celebrating the start of a new year.
Hagata
Crisp and lively sparkling wine with a delightful effervescence, featuring a cohesive blend of apple, pear, peach, and vanilla notes, masterfully suited for social gatherings and celebrations.

Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut is praised for its crisp, lively effervescence and well-balanced flavors of apple, pear, citrus, and peach.
