Wine with a predominantly Shiraz grape profile, showing a light and elegant character that effectively paired well with the opulent suggestions of marinated lamb. at the same time it demonstrated its versatility, it may not have been the most well suited premium on its own.

What the web is saying

Domaine Rouge-Bleu Mistral is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with bold, fruity flavors and earthy undertones. While some enjoy its dark cherry and forest floor notes, others appreciate its mocha and licorice hints. It's versatile, pairing well with hearty dishes, though some find it best when decanted. Opinions vary on its standalone appeal, but many agree on its complexity and quality.

Voss Experts4.5

Domaine Rouge-Bleu Mistral offers a captivating range of ripe fruits, such as strawberries, plums and blackberries, accompanied by subtle hints of spice and earthiness. The palate reveals vibrant fruit flavors that continue to shine, with additional notes of pepper and dried herbs adding depth and intrigue. The medium to full body and soft tannins contribute to a smooth mouthfeel complemented by moderate acidity.
