This Domaine Pierre Gelin Fixin is a classic Pinot Noir with a deep and intense ruby color. On the nose, it offers a complex and delicate bouquet of red berries and spices. On the palate, it is quite elegant and balanced, with soft tannins and a long finish. The wine has a great structure and depth, making it an ideal accompaniment to red meats and game.

Ramsay Nassal
Sophisticated and elegant wine with a captivating bouquet, demonstrating a seamless equilibrium of red fruits, floral notes, and mild oak. The texture is described by soft tannins, a mellow finish, and a pleasing aftertaste.
Num
Pinot Noir from the northern Cote d'Or, this modest Burgundian wine shows promise with its translucent garnet color and initial charred wood and cranberry nose. As it ages, the cranberry gives way to undertones of raspberries, but tannins remain relatively soft. tanginess is noticeable, but within the bounds of Burgundy red. With time, this Pinot Noir may develop a more well-rounded character, but for now, it's a solid elite for those willing to wait.
Reveillon
Ruby hue. Rich, opulent cherry and earthy truffle undertones. Firm, polished body with a crisp, tart acidity. Long, rewarding follow through with a light cherry licorice nuance. 2017 vintage, 2020 release. A refined, elegant wine.
