WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine Ostertag Zellberg Pinot Gris hails from a southeast facing vineyard on pink sandstone said to give oily wines with, sensual delicate aromas. The wine is fermented using indigenous yeast in inert vessels to retain the fruit and highlight the vineyard's personality. The wines are aged in oak barrels of which a small proportion are new for one year.
