Bold and detailed wine with a deep, bold color. The nose is shaped by by red fruits and woody spicy tones, meanwhile the texture is similarly characterized by these same flavors. A truly captivating wine.

Discovering new varietals has been a thrilling experience, and this Trousseau was a stonking surprise. The nose was red currant, with a soft earthy undertone. The mouthfeel was well-balanced, with soft tannins that supported the fruitiness. Cheers!
Creus Cassetta
Rich, full-bodied wine with a textured flavor profile that demonstrates the nuances of the grape variety, importantly the elegant suggestions of strawberry and raspberry. and yet the aroma is certainly present, the flavor is more understated, with a hint of bramble, tannin, and char. A top notch option for those craving a rustic wine that can stand on its own, this wine would be a right substitute for a premium Pinot Noir.

Domaine Maire & Fils Vignes aux Anes Arbois Trousseau is appreciated for its bold color and captivating red fruit and woody spice notes. While some describe it as full-bodied and rich with strawberry and raspberry nuances, others find it light with a dry texture. The wine is well-balanced with soft tannins and earthy undertones, making it a versatile choice for various pairings.
This Trousseau from Arbois presents a translucent ruby hue, hinting at its delicate nature. The bouquet is a captivating interplay of red currant, wild strawberry, and a whisper of forest floor, underscored by a subtle spiciness. On the palate, it reveals a lithe structure with fine-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity that carries flavors of cranberry and pomegranate, accented by a mineral edge. The finish is elegantly persistent, echoing the wine's earthy complexity. This is a quintessential expression of Jura's terroir, offering both finesse and depth, ideal for those exploring the region's unique varietals.
