On the nose, it offers a delightful bouquet of citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, intertwined with subtle floral notes. There is also a hint of minerality, which is a signature trait of Chablis wines.

Nourisson
Strong and edgy Chablis that requires patience to fully reveal its richness and complexity. With a nose that expresses citrus and minerality, this wine is best savored over time, when its nuanced nuances have matured. as it's still in its prime, it's worth waiting a few years to fully appreciate its full potential.

A remarkable wine. My first of its kind. A valuable piece of advice from a French sommelier: taste the soil. Return to the vineyard.

Visit to Domaine Long-Depaquit, managed by Albert Bichot, was a highlight of a memorable tasting experience. The estate's flagship wine, Les Vaillons, is a prime example of the region's premier cru style. Situated on the southern slope of the hill, it benefits from optimal sun exposure. The impression is distinguished by a sweeter profile, with a reduced feel of minerality and saltiness, yet a pronounced intensity of flavors. The wine's as a whole character is well-balanced and engaging.
