Renessa
Thrilling start to a Syrah evening, with the bold nuances of Syrah and Marsanne/Rousanne expertly paired with the subtle freshness of blue fin tuna sashimi. A delightful complement to a light white Hermitage, Stefan's selection is a true standout.
Peilin Frezzo
The texture is featured by a elegant integration of pear and yellow plum, with a light underlying presence of phenols that elevate the overall experience. The nose is driven by by the sweet and floral notes of quince, which are expertly balanced by the juicy and slightly sweet peach. The trail is long and satisfying, with a lingering echo of these fruit notes.
Zoeie Trigon
Wine of fantastic promise, with a youthful yet smooth character. The Marsanne and Roussanne blend offers a sophisticated nose with a consistent balance of herbs, peach, and mineral notes. The sensation is noted for by a vibrant acidity, a refined and well-balanced texture, and a inviting mouthfeel. The finish is long and satisfying, with a understated profoundness that warrants further aging. A promising wine, but one that could benefit from a longer maturation period to fully realize its potential.
