WINE DESCRIPTION
Domaine FL Chamboureau Savennières is a dry, bracingly acidic white wine from the Savennières appellation in the Loire Valley, France. The wine is made exclusively from organically-grown Chenin Blanc grapes, planted on schist and volcanic soils. Grapes are harvested manually with successive selections in order to obtain very high quality grapes. After the fermentation, the wine is matured for around 12 months on lees in oak barrels, and a further a period of 6 months in wooden tank prior to bottling.

There is also a pronounced mineral undertone, which adds depth and intrigue to the aromatic profile. On the palate, flavors of lightly bruised apple and juicy pear are complemented by a touch of citrus, providing a refreshing and vibrant sensation. The wine's lean texture and firm acidity culminate in an energetic and electrifying finale.
