Onoda
A more nuanced and intricate Viognier with a richer, more integrated flavor profile. The fruit tones are more pronounced, with a greater emphasis on dry, stone fruits like apricot, which yields to a smooth, honeyed finish.
Bertsapo Eduati
Classy and elegant Condrieu, precisely seamless and harmonious, with a lovely nose that combines fresh and mineral notes with floral and spicy undertones. The tongue is well-structured, with a mellow structure that gives way to juicy apricots and pungent spicy flavors, all and yet maintaining a silky linger and a delicate dash of oak.
Lars Zibeiro
Opulent and full-bodied wine with a distinct character from its region. even as I have limited encounter with this grape variety, I find it to be a notable presence in this particular wine. The nose reveals a pleasing apricot and peach note, with a suggestion of butter and minerals. The impression is well-balanced, with a round consistency and a subtle body of petroleum. Overall, this wine is a fabulous introduction to its type, offering a classy and welcoming taste experience.

Domaine Duclaux Les Caillets Condrieu is celebrated for its elegant and harmonious profile, with pronounced apricot and stone fruit flavors. Many appreciate its smooth, honeyed finish and floral, spicy undertones. While some find it opulent and full-bodied, others highlight its delicate minerality and balanced acidity. The wine's creamy texture and subtle oak notes add to its appeal, making it a versatile choice for various occasions.
This Condrieu presents a luminous straw hue, inviting the nose with an opulent bouquet of ripe apricot, honeysuckle, and a whisper of ginger spice. On the palate, it unfolds with a voluptuous texture, seamlessly balancing its lush fruit profile with a vibrant, mineral-driven acidity. The mid-palate reveals layers of white peach and almond cream, underscored by a subtle saline note that speaks to its terroir. The finish is long and elegant, with a lingering hint of orange blossom. This wine exemplifies the classic richness and finesse of Viognier from the northern Rhône, offering both immediate pleasure and potential for short-term aging.
