Sancerre has undergone a profound transformation over the years, shifting towards a more nuanced and nuanced profile. The addition of lees has imbued the wine with a richer, more mineral-driven character, meanwhile the minerality has become more pronounced. The brightness remains high, and the mouthfeel is medium, but the all around effect is one of superlative interest.
