Balanced and elegant wine with a rich, velvety texture. The nose is defined by a consistent blend of ripe red fruit, offering red cherry, cranberry, and raspberry, with a elegant nuance of blackberry. The mouthfeel is polished and elegant, with a beautiful evenness of juicy and evolved flavors, consisting of soft black cherry and a subtle earthy note. The aftertaste is long and satisfying, with a perfect integration of crispness and intensity.
Rattler
Elegant and sophisticated wine from the heart of Burgundy, boasting a captivating perfume of floral and fruity notes. The fruit is expertly refined and polished, making it a true meditation on the senses. A truly stellar wine that will leave a enduring impression.
Carrieann Jaskonis
Wine with a robust history, once bursting with fruit and freshness, has mellowed with age. Its current state is more subdued, but it still possesses a certain brightness and acidity. The color is dense and rich, with a undertone of purple, in contrast the nose is marked by by the character of raspberry leather and black cherry, with a soft earthy undertone. The mouthfeel is sharp, with a pleasing attack, even after a period of decanting. The follow through is medium, with a lingering mark of Pinot Noir. The wine is 13% ABV, and it pairs well with grilled chicken. Overall, it's a wine that has potential, but may require some time to fully express itself.
