Demarie Sabbia presents a luminous garnet hue, immediately inviting with its bouquet of ripe black cherry, dried rose petals, and a whisper of forest floor. On the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied structure, where silky tannins intertwine with vibrant acidity, creating a harmonious balance. Flavors of red currant and wild strawberry are underscored by nuances of anise and a subtle mineral edge, characteristic of its terroir. The finish is elegantly persistent, echoing notes of dried herbs and a hint of dark chocolate. This wine exemplifies the finesse and complexity of its regional heritage, offering both immediate allure and potential for further development.

Demarie Sabbia is praised for its unique and complex profile, featuring notes of orange, peach, and apricot, with layers of citrus, chamomile, and green tea. While some appreciate its bold and unconventional character, others find it a challenging yet rewarding experience. The wine's smooth finish and versatility make it a favorite for pairing with various dishes, though its intensity may not suit all palates.
