Deep and evolved fragrance that envelops the senses with its deep, supple accents of black cherry, blackberry, and leather, evoking the warmth of a crackling fire and the earthy undertones of the vineyard, and yet the gentle subtle flavors of tobacco and vanilla add a sense of sophistication and refinement, leaving the nose to wander through a lush, aromatic landscape of the winemaker's craft and the oak's gentle, soothing presence.

Lovely, polished Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with a delicate, soft body and a dry, even finish. The tannins are well-integrated, and the bracing quality is moderate, resulting in a full-bodied wine with a rich, fruity profile. The undertones are reminding of black currant, blackberry, and black plum, but with a lighter, more graceful approach. The oak maturation adds a soft vanilla note, which adds substance and finesse to the wine. The 2019 vintage is well-suited for aging, and the tannins are already softened, making it a exceptional pick for sipping on its own or pairing with lighter dishes. It was a perfect match for pasta and ceviche, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon.
