This Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. The nose is a sophisticated interplay of dark cherry and cassis, underscored by hints of graphite and a whisper of eucalyptus, suggesting a classic Maipo Valley expression. On the palate, the wine reveals a structured, medium-to-full body with fine-grained tannins that provide a firm backbone. The vibrant acidity balances the ripe fruit core, leading to a lingering finish with subtle notes of cedar and dark chocolate. This wine exemplifies the purity and elegance of organic viticulture, offering immediate appeal with potential for graceful aging.

Kettisha
Deep and evolved wine with a deep, concentrated violet hue, its low tanginess provides a refined and soft texture, meanwhile its full-bodied profile is impeccably balanced, with a nuanced follow through that reveals a unified blend of concentrated fruit flavors, gentle oak notes, and a suggestion of coffee and plum, leaving a delightful aftertaste.
Monyca Elvaker
Rich, earthy wine with a medium to heavy body, featuring a slight acidity. Its flavor profile is reflective of a day after Thanksgiving, with a lingering finish.
