Mayel Derdijn
Substantial wine with a balanced Napa cab character, augmented by the warm, spicy nuances of Syrah, at the same time the oak and leather notes add density and complexity, graceful by the opaque fruit, licorice, and pepper flavors, a truly top notch wine.
Henrii Giamba
Masterful blend of dark fruit and oak, with a soft tobacco undertone, and a smooth, supple texture. A classic Australian Shiraz with a dash of American Cabernet's signature vanilla sweetness. A true indulgence for those hunting a rich, full-bodied wine.
Inocencio
Spicy dishes complement the bold flavor of lamb or pork perfectly, making them a amazing match for each other.

Darioush Signature Shiraz is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with flavors of dark fruit, blackberry, and pepper. Many appreciate its smooth, supple texture and well-balanced tannins, while some note its complexity with oak, forest floor, and chocolate undertones. A few find it average, but most agree it pairs well with meats and offers a long, satisfying finish.
This Darioush Signature Shiraz is a bold and powerful red wine with a deep ruby color. The nose offers aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, leather, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is juicy and full-bodied, with flavors of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, and a touch of espresso and mocha. The tannins are firm, yet smooth, and the finish is long and lingering. Enjoy this Shiraz with grilled red meats, stews, and aged cheeses.
