Dancing Crow Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Dancing Crow Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its crispness and vibrant flavors, featuring notes of citrus, pear, and green apple. While some appreciate its unique floral and tropical fruit undertones, others find it lacks the typical citrus punch. The wine's balance of acidity and sweetness is often highlighted, making it a versatile pairing for various dishes. However, its price may be a concern for some.

This Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale straw hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. The nose is a precise interplay of zesty lime zest, freshly cut grass, and a whisper of white peach, underscored by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is taut and linear, with a crisp acidity that enlivens the citrus and green apple core, while a hint of wet stone adds depth. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a lingering note of elderflower. This wine exemplifies the varietal's hallmark freshness and is a quintessential expression of its cool-climate origins.
