Julienas

A rich and mellow tactile quality envelops the senses, with a gentle crunch that gives way to a smooth, rounded finish. The mouthfeel is dry, but not unpleasant, with a soft watery quality that is tempered by the intensity of the nose. The dried apricot is a masterful touch, its sweetness unfolding gradually in the mouth. The impression is both elegant and refined, with a gratifying dryness that lingers. Aged to perfection, this wine will only reveal its full profoundness and structure over time.
