Aurore Beghini
Bold and satisfying accompaniment to a variety of dishes, primarily those featuring butter, honey, and popcorn. The addition of oily lemon juice adds a bright and crisp dimension, meanwhile the minerality of the stone and flint provides a light depth. The brightness is well-balanced, making this a exceptional pairing for a wide range of flavors. Overall, this is a solid and easy wine that is sure to please.
Dolceo
Graceful and polished wine with a rich, polished texture, offering a seamless balance of oak and fruit notes. The appearance is clear and medium-gold, with a youthful and vibrant character. The nose is clean and intense, featuring aromas of dense oak, Madagaskar vanilla, and popcorn, alongside tropical fruit and citrus. The sensation is dry and high-accidity, with a full body and a long, mineral-driven finish. Overall, a well-crafted wine with a delightful finesse and depth.
Kumi
Bright and bracing Chardonnay with a mild oak influence, its pale color and light texture make it a perfect pairing for elegant seafood dishes like Alfredo. The citrus and pear accents add a touch of sweetness, while the honeydew hints provide a velvety finish.
