Costadilà Moz Bianco Frizzante is praised for its vibrant citrus and orange flavors, balanced acidity, and lively freshness. While some appreciate its harmonious blend of sweet and tart notes, others note a lack of effervescence and a yeasty undertone. The wine's floral and tropical aromas, along with its zesty finish, make it a distinctive choice for natural wine enthusiasts.
This Italian frizzante, with its pale straw hue and delicate effervescence, offers a compelling bouquet of white peach, elderflower, and a hint of wet stone, characteristic of the Veneto region’s terroir. On the palate, it reveals a lively interplay of crisp green apple and lemon zest, underscored by a subtle minerality. The wine's vibrant acidity and fine mousse create a refreshing texture, while its dry finish, accented by a whisper of almond, speaks to its artisanal roots. A quintessential example of natural winemaking, this frizzante is best enjoyed young to capture its fresh, vivacious spirit.
