Corvée Passoeroee Lagrein is crafted from the Lagrein grape, indigenous to the Alto Adige region of northern Italy. The vineyard benefits from a cool alpine climate, which helps preserve the grape's natural acidity and vibrant fruit character. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel to maintain freshness, followed by aging in oak barrels to enhance its structure and complexity. This results in a full-bodied red wine with pronounced dark fruit flavors, balanced by firm tannins and a hint of spice. Ideal for those seeking a robust yet approachable wine experience.
