The layers are well-balanced, with a clear and pale gold color. The petillance is noticeable, but not overpowering. The legs are smooth and even. The aromas are akin to of yellow apple, unripe peach, and apricot, with a note of blossom and pear. The finale is still developing, but the in total quality is good.

Sauvignon Blanc is not typically my cup of tea, but this particular bottle was a lively change of pace.
