My palate has undergone a transformation since the last time I savored this wine. The subtle nuances of oak and opaque berries on the nose have given way to a rich, concentrated fruit-forward profile, with a suggestion of plum and a crisp, bright finish. The tannins have also been refined, yielding a well integrated and consistent experience.

Voss Experts3.8

This Cooper Mountain Cooper Hill Pinot Noir is a wonderfully complex and elegant expression of the variety. On the nose, it offers aromas of dark cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle hints of dried herbs and spice. On the palate, these flavors are joined by notes of toasted oak, earthiness, and a hint of forest floor. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a touch of tartness to balance out the sweetness. Overall, this is a delicious and well-crafted Pinot Noir that will be sure to please.
