Ontañón Contrebia Colección Insólitos Tempranillo Blanco 2024

Contrebia Colección Insólitos Tempranillo Blanco is crafted from the rare white mutation of the Tempranillo grape, grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Rioja, Spain. The region's continental climate, with its warm days and cool nights, enhances the grape's aromatic potential and preserves its natural acidity. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain its fresh, fruit-forward character, followed by a brief aging period in neutral oak barrels to add subtle complexity without overpowering the varietal expression. This wine offers a crisp, refreshing profile with notes of citrus and stone fruits, ideal for immediate enjoyment.
