WINE DESCRIPTION
Conde de Subirats Cava Brut is a delightful refreshing sparkling wine produced in Catalonia. The vineyards, nestled in the picturesque landscape, benefit from the Mediterranean climate and the unique terroir of the region. The winemaking process involves traditional methods, including a second fermentation in the bottle, whereby each variety was fermented separately at very low temperatures for 30 days. This was followed by a 6-week secondary fermentation in its own bottle and aged for a minimum of 15 months and up to 20+ months on the lees prior to disgorging. The resultant wine shows fine bubbles and a persistent mousse. With its crisp acidity and vibrant flavors of citrus and green apple, Conde de Subirats Cava Brut offers a refreshing and elegant drinking experience. Perfect for celebrations or as an aperitif.
