Clos Pegase Cabernet Sauvignon is a renowned wine that showcases the classic characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. This wine is known for its deep ruby color and rich, full-bodied profile. On the nose, you can expect to find intense aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark chocolate, accompanied by hints of cedar and forest floor. On the palate, Clos Pegase Cabernet Sauvignon offers a harmonious blend of ripe black fruit flavors, such as black cherry and plum, with well-integrated oak notes. The tannins are firm yet velvety, providing structure and a lingering finish. This wine has excellent aging potential, allowing it to develop even more complexity and depth over time. Pair this elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with hearty dishes such as grilled steak, roasted lamb, or aged cheeses. Olsiny
A well-rounded and curious wine sensation unfolds, with the cassis and blackberry liquor combining in a intense and velvety texture, even as the violets add a delicate floral nuance, all set against a backdrop of graphite and wild sage, a seamless evenness of earthy and herbaceous notes.
Soana Tagtick
The wine's earthy and musty tones are a familiar trait, and the initial taste is marked by intense tannins and concentrated berry flavors. As the hour passes, the blackberry layers emerge more pronounced, as the earthy layers recede. The tannins continue to soften, and a soft pepper finish adds nuance to the palate. When paired with steak, the wine's smoothness becomes apparent, and the tannins become less noticeable, leaving a lingering black pepper presence.
Lindix Rayana
Rich, full-bodied wine with bold blackberry and opaque fruit flavors, matched by nuances of oak and a note of darkness.

Clos Pegase Cabernet Sauvignon receives praise for its rich dark fruit flavors, velvety texture, and balanced structure. While many highlight blackberry, plum, and oak notes with smooth tannins, some find earthy undertones pronounced or tannins initially firm. Reviews note excellent pairing potential with red meats, though occasional bottles show excessive earthiness or require aging.
