Clos du Val Sauvignon Blanc shows a mid gold colour in the glass that indicates it is a richer style of this popular grape variety. The nose is intensely aromatic with notes of pineapple and lemongrass. The palate is medium bodied but mouth-filling with refined acid balance and a long, and complex, vanillin oak finish. Enjoy over the next 5 years with flintd fish dishes at brunches.

Clos du Val Sauvignon Blanc receives praise for its crisp citrus flavors, balanced structure, and tropical fruit notes, though some find it understated. Reviewers highlight vibrant grapefruit, green apple, and mineral undertones, with a refreshing acidity that pairs well with food. While many appreciate its elegant texture and long finish, others note a lack of intensity compared to bolder styles.
