M. Chapoutier Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Bernardine 2023

Truly extraordinary wine, with a rich, bold red color. The nose begins with a fruity bouquet, featuring blackberries, plums, and cherries, before unfolding into a more nuanced profile of roasted grains and elegant sweet spices. In the mouth, the wine is muscular and full-bodied, with a rounded tannin backbone and a refreshing acidity. The suggestions are elegant and refined, with a delightful stability of fresh fruit and toasted grain notes. The close is long and satisfying, leaving a lingering impression. A truly memorable wine, paired seamlessly with hearty feijoada. Cheers!

Dimensional and intriguing wine with a captivating scent of plum and cinnamon, accompanied by a light charm of blackcurrant and blackberry. The palate, however, loses its luster as the tones become increasingly bitter, tempered by a touch of wormwood. The close is balanced, with a refined interplay of tannins and acidity.
