Chêne Bleu Scipio presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. The nose is a sophisticated tapestry of blackcurrant, dried herbs, and a hint of graphite, suggesting a wine of considerable depth and maturity. On the palate, it reveals a full-bodied structure with finely integrated tannins and a core of dark fruit, underscored by notes of cedar and a whisper of anise. The wine's vibrant acidity provides a counterpoint to its rich texture, leading to a long, mineral-driven finish. This is a quintessential expression of Rhône terroir, poised for further aging yet compelling in its current state.

Concentrated and plush wine with a deep magenta hue, its aromas evoke the sweetness of strawberry and kirsch, matched by the warmth of caramel. The full-bodied texture is ripe and round, with undertones that unfold like a juicy fruit salad, leaving a fulfilling aftertaste of rich, spicy hints that linger on the palate.

Textured and intense wine moment awaits, with a deep and supple texture that layers the palate. The jammy blackcurrant compote provides a sweet and satisfying contrast to the wine's bold and serious character. The rich chocolate adds a complex and mysterious layer, but the spice provides a mild yet captivating nuance. Overall, a wine that demands to be savored and appreciated, rather than gulped down.
