Ambrotos
Concentrated and well-rounded essence with a elegant oak influence, paired by the sweetness of berries and a hint of smokiness, making it a top notch match for bold red meats. A well-balanced and rewarding pairing.
Taniuska
30-year-old Bordeaux vintage, still drinkable but in decline. The hints are somewhat muted, with a dominant leather note. The fruit has largely disappeared, but red apple, ash, and burnt wood touches remain. The ending is still quite long, but the altogether sense is one of decline.

Château Talbot Connétable Talbot Saint-Julien is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with notes of blackcurrant, leather, and oak. It offers a smooth, velvety texture and a long finish. Some vintages are noted for their complexity and aging potential, while others may lack depth or show signs of decline. The wine pairs well with red meats and is considered a good value for its quality.
This Château Talbot Connétable Talbot Saint-Julien is an elegant Bordeaux blend with a beautiful deep ruby color and aromas of black cherry, blackberry, cassis, forest floor, and graphite. On the palate it is soft and velvety, with a velvety texture and a long finish. The tannins are well-integrated and it is a great balance of fruit, structure, and complexity. This wine has a great potential to age and develop further complexity.
